Questions
Are the mugs dishwasher-safe and microwave-safe?
Yes. The stoneware is dishwasher-safe and microwave-safe. Hand-washing in warm water preserves the glaze for longer, but either is fine. The mugs are not suitable for the oven.
Why does my piece look a little different from the photo?
Each object is made by hand, one at a time. Glaze shifts across a firing; walnut grain varies plank to plank; beeswax pours differ slightly batch to batch. This variation is part of the process, not a fault. We note it in every product description.
How long does it take to ship?
Ready-to-ship items leave within 2–3 working days. Made-to-order pieces ship in 5–7 working days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as the parcel is collected.
Can I order a matched set?
Yes. Write to us before placing your order and we will pull pieces from the same batch — same glaze firing, same board stock, same wax pour. Useful for gifts, new-workspace setups, or wedding registries.
How are fragile items packed for shipping?
Mugs and tapers are wrapped in tissue and nested in kraft paper fill inside double-walled card boxes. We pack carefully and have not had a breakage in transit.
Do you offer gift wrapping or a handwritten note?
Yes. Add your message at checkout and we will include a handwritten card. Wrapping is plain kraft with a wax seal — no extra charge.

We are a small operation — one wheel, one loom, one bench. Every piece is made here and checked before it goes out.
